US-based Amazon brand in the gift category. 5 active ASINs, one mature organic seller plus 4 launches in growth phase. Average price $19, margins 46-53% pre-PPC. Current monthly PPC spend ~$1,500. Looking for a hands-on Amazon account manager to take over end-to-end. Strategy + execution, no team layered above you. **Scope** - Amazon PPC management (Sponsored Products, Brands, Display) - Shipping plan creation in Seller Central - Supplier communication for restock coordination and inbound logistics - General account hygiene (FBA fee discrepancies, listing health, inventory monitoring) Details of deliverables and ways of working will be discussed in interview. **Compensation** - Month 1 trial: $300 flat (audit + restructure) - Month 2 onwards: $400/month flat fee - No % of spend, no performance bonuses **Requirements** - 3+ years managing Amazon US accounts (PPC + operations) - Experience creating FBA shipping plans and dealing with supplier coordination **Screening questions (please answer in your proposal — generic applications will be ignored):** 1. Walk me through the last underperforming ASIN you turned around. Starting ACOS / CR, specific actions taken, outcome at 60 days. 2. ASIN has CR 3%, decent organic sessions, PPC ACOS 200%, listing already optimized. What do you do in week 1? 3. How do you handle a client who wants short-term efficiency AND growth at the same time? 4. How many Amazon US accounts are you actively managing right now, and what's the average monthly spend across them? 5. What's your weekly process? Walk me through what you actually do on a Monday morning when you sit down to optimize an account.
