Summary

Seeking a highly experienced Amazon Advertising specialist to strategically manage and optimize Amazon Ads campaigns for my published books. The primary objective is to improve ad performance, increase visibility, drive qualified traffic, and ultimately generate consistent book sales with a positive return on ad spend (ROAS). The selected professional will be required to take full responsibility for the advertising account for a minimum period of 30 days. This period is essential to properly structure campaigns, conduct keyword research, test targeting strategies, optimize bids, refine ad placements, analyze performance metrics, and implement data-driven adjustments. Sustainable ad optimization requires continuous monitoring and refinement, and meaningful performance improvements are expected through systematic management over this 30-day cycle. Key responsibilities include: Comprehensive keyword research (broad, phrase, exact match strategies) Competitor analysis and ASIN targeting Creation and structuring of Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and/or Sponsored Display campaigns where applicable Bid optimization and budget allocation strategies Ongoing A/B testing and performance tracking Search term harvesting and negative keyword management Weekly performance reporting with clear KPIs (ACOS, CTR, CVR, CPC, ROAS, impressions, and sales attribution) Strategic scaling of profitable campaigns The ideal candidate must demonstrate: Proven experience managing Amazon Ads specifically for books (Kindle and/or paperback) Strong analytical skills with a data-driven optimization approach Clear understanding of Amazon’s advertising algorithm and marketplace dynamics Ability to reduce ACOS while increasing sales velocity Transparent communication and structured reporting This is not a short-term setup task. The objective is structured campaign management with active optimization for at least 30 days to build performance momentum and achieve measurable sales growth.
