Amazon Ads (PPC) Expert Needed — Skincare Brand, 2 ASINs

We're a physician-founded, clean vegan skincare brand selling on Amazon (2 hero SKUs: a Vitamin C/Niacinamide Face Serum and a Hydrating Face Moisturizer). We're looking for an experienced, Amazon Ads certified PPC specialist to take full ownership of our Sponsored Products campaigns. What you'll be doing: Auditing our current campaign structure (Product Targeting, Exact Match, Phrase+Broad) and identifying inefficiencies Ongoing bid optimization and budget allocation across campaigns Negative keyword research and implementation Search term report analysis on a regular cadence ACoS/TACoS tracking and improvement toward target performance Building out new manual campaigns (Exact Match winners, keyword expansion) as products gain traction Clear, data-driven reporting — not just narrative summaries What we need from you: Proven track record managing Sponsored Products campaigns for similar-sized accounts (proof of certification and/or case studies/results required) Fully manual, hands-on approach — we are not using third-party ad automation tools Strong grasp of negative keyword strategy and ACoS optimization (we've had issues with prior managers recommending budget increases on poorly-performing campaigns) Comfortable working with weekly check-ins and clear before/after reporting Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central authorized partner access flow (we'll grant view/edit access via Seller Central directly — no login sharing) weekly report mandatory
