Summary

We are looking for an experienced Amazon PPC Specialist to take a fresh, independent look at our Amazon advertising account and help us maximise performance ahead of our busiest trading period of the year (Q4). We've been working with an Amazon Ads manager but are not satisfied with the current performance and strategy. Before making any long-term decisions, we want an experienced expert to conduct a thorough audit of our account, identify opportunities for improvement, and potentially take over the ongoing management of our advertising campaigns. What We Need Phase 1: Amazon Ads Audit - Comprehensive review of current and historical Amazon PPC performance - Analysis of campaign structure, targeting, bidding strategies, and budget allocation - Identification of wasted spend and missed opportunities - Review of keyword strategy and search term performance - Assessment of Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display campaigns - Competitor and market analysis where appropriate - Clear recommendations and action plan for improvement Phase 2: Ongoing Management (Potential) If we find the right candidate, we would be interested in ongoing management of our Amazon advertising account, including: - Campaign creation, optimisation, and scaling - Bid management and budget allocation - Keyword research and expansion - A/B testing and performance improvements - Regular reporting and strategic recommendations - Preparation and scaling strategy for peak trading periods Ideal Candidate - Proven track record managing Amazon PPC accounts with measurable results - Strong understanding of Amazon's advertising platform and best practices - Experience improving ROAS, TACoS, and overall account profitability - Ability to analyse data and make strategic recommendations - Experience preparing Amazon brands for high-volume seasonal periods - Excellent communication skills and clear reporting To Apply Please include: - Examples of Amazon accounts you've improved. - Results achieved (ROAS, ACOS, TACoS improvements, sales growth, etc.). - Your approach to conducting an Amazon PPC audit. - Experience preparing brands for Q4 and peak seasonal periods. - Your preferred pricing structure for both the audit and ongoing management. We are looking for someone who can challenge existing strategies, provide honest recommendations, and help us unlock additional growth opportunities as we head into our most important sales period of the year.
