Role Overview The Project Manager serves as the operational lead and primary liaison between Senior Strategists and the execution team within an Amazon advertising environment. This role is responsible for ensuring that all advertising accounts meet strict quality standards, follow established agency protocols, and remain on track to achieve client objectives. The Project Manager maintains high situational awareness of account performance, proactively identifies risks, and ensures operational clarity across all departments. Key Responsibilities 1. Operational Leadership & Workflow Management Project Oversight: Manage the agency’s project management platform to ensure all tasks are properly assigned, have updated deadlines, and are completed on time. Process Improvement: Regularly audit internal workflows and develop new Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to enhance efficiency and service delivery. Capacity Planning: Coordinate team priorities, monitor workloads, and provide regular updates to senior leadership regarding resource utilization and constraints. 2. Account Continuity & Strategic Support Onboarding & Transitions: Lead the account onboarding process, ensuring all technical milestones are met and resources are optimally allocated for new clients. Strategic Alignment: Act as the "right-hand" to Senior Strategists by managing deliverables and ensuring team execution aligns with high-level strategic plans. Creative Management: Oversee account creative assets and manage the submission and monitoring of new creative requests to ensure brand consistency. 3. Advertising Performance & Optimization Budget Management: Responsible for daily budget optimizations to ensure accounts remain within spending limits while meeting performance targets. Account Health Monitoring: Proactively monitor account-level trends and flag issues such as overspending or underperformance to the strategy team. Technical Accuracy: Oversee product classifications, ensuring all items are correctly mapped for reporting and that sales targets are accurately reflected in agency tools. Market Positioning: Monitor keyword rankings and market trends to secure and maintain competitive badges on the Amazon marketplace. 4. Reporting & Data Analysis Performance Reporting: Prepare and review weekly and monthly performance summaries, ensuring data integrity across all internal and client-facing reports. Data Auditing: Perform regular audits of sales targets, spending caps, and reporting tools to ensure 100% accuracy in data inputs. 5. Team Coordination & Quality Assurance Quality Control: Act as the final reviewer for all team deliverables before they are sent to clients to ensure they meet the agency's accuracy standards. Team Development: Facilitate regular team meetings and training sessions to update members on new Amazon features and internal processes. Accountability: Conduct regular check-ins with team members to provide performance feedback and support them in overcoming execution challenges. Expected Daily & Weekly Workflow Daily: Monitor high-priority communication channels for urgent requests, optimize account budgets, and follow up on any project blockers. Weekly: Facilitate strategy meetings, prepare performance statistics for client updates, and conduct team-wide audits of active tasks. Monthly: Oversee end-of-month performance reviews, update internal tracking documents, and contribute to the team’s knowledge-sharing initiatives
