Job Description We are looking for an experienced Amazon Brand Manager to take full ownership of Amazon accounts and drive growth, performance, and profitability. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of Amazon operations, including PPC strategy, listing optimization, performance analysis, and overall account management. You will work closely with the team to scale brands, improve conversion rates, and maximize ROI. This is a long-term position for someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of making data-driven decisions. We are looking for someone who thinks beyond execution and can take real ownership of results. Required Skills Strong expertise in Amazon PPC (campaign structure, optimization, scaling, and profitability) Deep understanding of Amazon Seller Central Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions Experience with listing optimization (keywords, conversion, images, A/B testing) Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal) Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively Proactive mindset with strong ownership and accountability Required Experience Minimum 4+ years of hands-on experience managing Amazon accounts Proven track record in managing and scaling Amazon brands Experience handling PPC campaigns with significant budgets Experience managing stores end-to-end (from listing creation to scaling) Experience working with international teams or remote environments is a plus
