Amazon E-Commerce EU Compliance Specialist (Part-Time)
Worldwide
We are a fast-growing e-commerce company selling multiple consumer brands on Amazon across the UK and EU. We are looking for an experienced Amazon EU Compliance Specialist to work with us part-time and help ensure our products and accounts are compliant across European marketplaces. What We Need Help With: We want someone who understands both EU compliance requirements and how they apply specifically to Amazon sellers. You would help us with areas such as: - Packaging EPR / PPWR - Country-specific EPR registrations and ERNs - WEEE and battery registrations - GPSR - EU Responsible Person requirements - CE marking - REACH / RoHS - Product labelling and warnings - Amazon Account Health compliance requests - Product testing and compliance documents - Country-specific requirements when selling through Amazon FBA We already use an external provider for VAT compliance, so this role is focused on Amazon product and regulatory compliance, not VAT filings. Main Responsibilities: Your first task will be to review our current EU Amazon setup and identify any compliance gaps. We want a simple overview showing: - Which EU countries we sell into - What registrations are required in each country - What we already have in place - What is missing - What needs urgent attention - What Amazon requires us to submit - Any ongoing reporting or renewal requirements After this initial review, we would like you to continue working with us on an ongoing basis. This may include: - Monitoring Amazon Account Health for compliance issues - Helping us obtain and submit EPR registration numbers - Reviewing Amazon compliance requests - Coordinating with external compliance providers - Reviewing supplier documents - Advising on compliance for new products before launch - Keeping our EU compliance tracker updated Who We're Looking For We are looking for someone who has strong experience with: - Amazon Seller Central - Amazon FBA in Europe - EU EPR requirements - GPSR - CE / REACH / RoHS - Private-label consumer products Experience working with 7–8 figure Amazon brands or larger e-commerce businesses would be a strong advantage. We do not need someone who only submits registrations. We want someone who can look at our Amazon business and tell us: “These are the compliance requirements you have, these are the risks, and these are the actions you need to take.” Working Arrangement - Approximately 5–10 hours per week initially. - We are looking for someone we can work with long term as our go-to person for Amazon EU compliance. When Applying Please tell us: - Your experience with Amazon EU compliance - Which Amazon marketplaces you have worked with - Your experience with EPR, GPSR, WEEE, batteries and CE compliance - Whether you have worked with private-label Amazon brands - Your hourly rate - Your weekly availability Please start your application with the word EUROPE so we know you have read the full job post.
