Immigration Triage Coordinator (Legal Customer Support) - Portuguese - 3pm–12am Support

Role Summary: We are seeking a Triage Coordinator to respond to new inquiries and determine the correct immigration service before scheduling a consultation. This is a high-urgency, script-driven role requiring calm communication and strong attention to detail. Responsibilities: • Respond to new leads within 15 minutes during coverage hours • Follow the firm’s triage script exactly • Identify the correct immigration service needed • Collect required case information • Schedule consultations when appropriate • Enter complete notes into the CRM • Escalate urgent cases to the appropriate team This Role Is NOT For You If: You dislike scripts, respond slowly, struggle with emotional callers, or prefer improvisation instead of process.
