Summary

Position Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Amazon E-Commerce Specialist to manage and grow our Amazon business through Seller Central. The ideal candidate will oversee product listings, inventory, pricing, customer experience, and overall account performance while identifying opportunities to increase sales, optimize product detail pages (PDPs), improve conversion rates, enhance listing quality, and maintain account health. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to managing Amazon's constantly evolving marketplace. Key Responsibilities Catalog & Listing Management Create, optimize, and maintain Amazon product listings. Manage new ASIN creation, variations, flat file uploads, and listing updates. Optimize product titles, bullet points, descriptions, A+ Content, images, and backend search terms for SEO and conversion. Resolve listing suppressions, stranded inventory, and catalog errors. Monitor and correct variation issues, duplicate listings, and pricing and product detail page inconsistencies. Amazon Account Management Manage daily operations within Amazon Seller Central. Monitor Account Health and ensure compliance with Amazon policies. Resolve listing, pricing, and account issues by working directly with Amazon Seller Support. Submit and manage support cases through completion. Inventory & Fulfillment Monitor inventory levels across FBA, FBM, and warehouse inventory. Coordinate replenishment planning to minimize stockouts and excess inventory. Track inbound shipments and resolve receiving discrepancies. Monitor stranded inventory, aged inventory, and excess storage fees. Coordinate FBM order fulfillment and returns with warehouse operations. Pricing & Promotions Monitor product pricing and Buy Box performance. Identify and resolve pricing discrepancies. Manage promotional pricing, coupons, Lightning Deals, Best Deals, and Prime-exclusive discounts. Sales & Performance Analysis Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance. Analyze business reports to identify growth opportunities. Track key performance indicators including: Sales Units Ordered Conversion Rate Buy Box % Sessions Traffic Inventory Health Advertising Performance Prepare recurring reports and summaries. Customer Experience Monitor customer feedback, product reviews, and Voice of the Customer. Respond to customer inquiries when required. Identify recurring customer issues and recommend improvements. Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner with Marketing, Operations, Warehouse, Customer Service, Product Development, and Sales teams. Coordinate new product launches and promotional campaigns. Ensure product information and inventory remain accurate. Qualifications 2–5+ years of hands-on Amazon marketplace experience. Strong knowledge of Amazon Seller Central. Experience with FBA, FBM, and Amazon fulfillment processes. Experience creating and optimizing Amazon listings. Working knowledge of Amazon SEO and catalog management. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications Experience with Amazon flat files and bulk uploads. Experience using Helium 10. Experience with inventory management systems (e.g. Rithum). Familiarity with Amazon Brand Registry and A+ Content. Experience with Amazon promotions and pricing strategies. Knowledge of Amazon's evolving policies and marketplace best practices.
