Summary

We are looking for an experienced Amazon Connect & Amazon Lex Developer to help us design, configure, and implement cloud-based contact center solutions using AWS. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience with Amazon Connect, Amazon Lex, Lambda, Contact Flows, APIs, and integrations with external systems. This is a hands-on technical role, and candidates should be comfortable troubleshooting real-world contact center and voice automation scenarios. Key Responsibilities - Design and configure Amazon Connect contact center environments. - Build and optimize Amazon Connect Contact Flows. - Develop and configure Amazon Lex V2 voice/chat bots. - Integrate Lex with Amazon Connect for IVR and self-service experiences. - Develop AWS Lambda functions for backend integrations and business logic. - Integrate Amazon Connect with external APIs, CRMs, databases, and other enterprise systems. - Configure call routing, queues, prompts, transfers, agent experiences, and business hours. - Implement customer authentication and data collection flows. - Troubleshoot call flow, Lex, Lambda, SIP/telephony, and integration issues. - Implement logging, monitoring, and troubleshooting using Amazon CloudWatch. - Help optimize the solution for reliability, scalability, latency, and cost. - Document the architecture, configuration, and implementation. Nice to Have - Experience migrating contact centers from Avaya, Genesys, Five9, or other platforms to Amazon Connect - Experience with complex enterprise IVR implementations - Experience integrating Amazon Connect with CRM platforms In your proposal, please include: - Number of years of experience with Amazon Connect - Number of years of experience with Amazon Lex V2 - Examples of Amazon Connect projects you have implemented - Experience with Contact Flows and complex IVR implementations - Experience integrating Connect/Lex with Lambda and external APIs - Any experience with Avaya/Genesys/Five9 → Amazon Connect migrations
