Summary

We are looking for an experienced Amazon FBA professional to become a long-term partner in growing our Amazon business. This is not a standard freelance position. We are looking for someone who can take ownership of sourcing profitable products and managing the day-to-day operation of the Amazon Seller Central account. In return, you'll receive an agreed percentage of the net profits generated by the products you source and manage. Your Role You will be responsible for identifying opportunities to grow the business and managing the day-to-day operation of the Amazon account, including: • Researching and sourcing profitable products with strong demand and healthy margins. • Identifying and communicating with reliable, authorised suppliers and distributors. • Negotiating pricing and sourcing opportunities. • Conducting product, competitor and market analysis. • Preparing profitability calculations before any purchasing recommendations. • Presenting product opportunities for approval before inventory is purchased. • Creating and optimising Amazon listings, including creating images of products. • Managing inventory levels and replenishment planning. • Monitoring account health and ensuring compliance with Amazon policies. • Managing Amazon PPC campaigns where appropriate. • Resolving listing/account issues, suppressed listings and operational account tasks. • Monitoring sales performance and identifying opportunities to improve profitability. • Providing regular reports, recommendations and growth strategies. The successful candidate will be expected to proactively identify opportunities, solve problems and help scale the business. What We Will Provide • All capital required to purchase inventory. • Access to Amazon Seller Central to perform your role. • Final approval on all inventory purchases, advertising budgets and major business decisions. Profit Share Your compensation will be an agreed percentage of the net profit generated from the products you source and manage. Net profit is calculated after all Amazon-related business expenses have been deducted, including but not limited to: • Cost of goods sold. • Shipping and freight. • Amazon referral fees. • FBA fulfilment fees. • Storage fees. • Amazon PPC advertising costs. • Returns and refunds. • Removal and disposal fees. • Any other Amazon operational expenses directly related to selling the products. The remaining profit will be shared according to the agreed percentage. Profit share will be calculated and paid after Amazon has released the funds and all relevant costs have been accounted for. Ownership & Working Arrangement • The Amazon Seller Central account and the business remain my sole property. • We will fund all inventory purchases. • All supplier relationships, product research, listings, business data and operational processes developed during this partnership belong to the business. • No inventory may be purchased or advertising budgets decided without our approval • Appropriate access to Seller Central will be provided, but ownership of the account will remain with us at all times. • Either party may end the partnership by giving agreed notice. Any outstanding profit share earned before termination will be paid in accordance with the agreement. Requirements To be considered, you should have: • Proven experience managing successful Amazon FBA/ FBM businesses. • Strong product sourcing and supplier negotiation skills. • Excellent knowledge of Amazon Seller Central. • Experience using Amazon product research and profitability tools. • Strong commercial awareness and analytical skills. • The ability to work independently and make informed recommendations. • Excellent communication and organisational skills. • Honesty, integrity and a genuine desire to build a long-term business.
