Amazon FBA Channel Manager — Beauty / Fragrance Brand

Summary

We run a women's fragrance brand doing $15K+/day in DTC sales with a proven product, strong creative library, and an existing customer base. We're expanding to Amazon and need someone to own the channel end-to-end. We already have an active Seller Central account with other SKUs, ~7,000 units manufactured and ready to ship to FBA, and a full creative asset library (lifestyle imagery, UGC, product photography). This isn't a product idea — it's a proven product with real demand that needs an Amazon expert to bring it to the platform. What you'd own: •⁠ ⁠Listing creation & optimization (title, bullets, backend keywords, A+ Content) •⁠ ⁠Image strategy — we have assets, need them optimized for Amazon conversion •⁠ ⁠FBA inbound shipment coordination (inventory ships from China to US warehouse) •⁠ ⁠PPC campaign buildout & management — we have real ad budget to deploy, not testing with $10/day •⁠ ⁠Ongoing account management — pricing, review strategy, account health, competitor monitoring •⁠ ⁠Monthly reporting on sales, ad performance, organic rank trajectory What we're NOT looking for: •⁠ ⁠Rev share or commission-only setups •⁠ ⁠Agencies that mark up ad spend •⁠ ⁠People who've never launched in beauty/personal care Ideal candidate: •⁠ ⁠Has launched and scaled products in beauty, fragrance, or personal care on Amazon US •⁠ ⁠Understands FBA logistics including international inbound •⁠ ⁠Can run PPC profitably, not just spend money •⁠ ⁠Has case studies or examples to share •⁠ ⁠Can start quickly This is a long-term role for the right person. Share your rate, relevant experience, and at least one example of a beauty/personal care product you've launched or managed on Amazon.
