Summary

We are looking for an experienced Amazon UK FBA sourcing partner to find stable, profitable, replenishable product, supplier, or brand opportunities for Amazon UK FBA. This is not a basic product research job. We do not want random spreadsheets, unstable arbitrage leads, volatile Keepa charts, Amazon-dominated listings, gated surprises, or products that only look profitable for a few days. We want delivered opportunities that we can actually buy, prep, ship to Amazon FBA, sell through within one month, and replenish. We have been running a new Amazon FBA account for over 6 months. We have already worked with freelancers who provided poor-quality leads: unstable prices, volatile products, gated products, unrealistic supplier pricing, products with Amazon on the listing, or opportunities that could not realistically be bought and replenished. We are not looking to repeat that. We are looking for someone who wants to become a long-term sourcing partner, not someone who wants to send a spreadsheet and disappear. The person we hire will be responsible for the full sourcing process: - Finding product, range, supplier, or brand opportunities - Validating Amazon UK sales potential using Keepa and SellerAmp - Confirming Amazon is not selling or dominating the listing - Checking price stability, seller-count stability, and realistic Buy Box share - Checking account eligibility, product gating, brand gating, and category gating - Contacting suppliers, distributors, wholesalers, or brands - Negotiating pricing, MOQ, stock availability, lead times, and repeat supply - Supporting ungating if required - Presenting a fully validated buyable opportunity - Helping us reach the point where we can place the order Target opportunity: - Amazon UK FBA - Selling price ideally £20+ - Preferred volume: 100+ units/month - Minimum acceptable volume: 60 units/month - First order should realistically sell through within one month - Minimum net profit margin: ideally 20%+ - Preferred ROI: 30%+ - Lower ROI may be accepted for high-volume, stable, fast-turnover products - Amazon must not be selling or dominating the listing - Stable 90-day and 180-day Keepa history - Stable Buy Box price and stable seller count - Repeatable supply with confirmed pricing, MOQ, stock availability, and lead time Products we do not want: - Hazmat products - Heavy items - Glass, delicate, fragile, or oversized products - Supplements, cosmetics, expiry-sensitive products, or high-compliance-risk products - High-return-risk products unless the risk is clearly explained and acceptable - Products likely to create IP, authenticity, counterfeit, brand-authorisation, or brand complaint issues - Products relying on long storage periods to become profitable Gating requirements: Products should ideally be non-gated. If a product, brand, or category is gated, you must identify this upfront and help us with the ungating route. We are happy to consider a small ungating order, for example 10 units. We do not want to buy 100 units purely for ungating unless there is a very strong, proven opportunity. If a brand is gated, we prefer to identify the cheapest suitable product from that brand or supplier to use for ungating before committing to a larger order. Supplier requirements: The supplier must be legitimate, contactable, and able to provide valid invoices suitable for Amazon verification or ungating if required. We need confirmed supplier information, not guessed pricing or unverified websites. We have access to Keepa, SellerAmp, and Sellerboard. Access can be shared with the right person if required. We are also able to create A+ content, improve listings, strengthen product pages, and support brands that want better Amazon marketplace execution. We are especially interested in brand-direct opportunities where we can add value, not just resell the same products as everyone else. Every opportunity must include: - Amazon product URL and ASIN - Current Buy Box price, 90-day average price, and 180-day average price - Estimated monthly sales and realistic Buy Box share - Expected monthly units we could sell and expected one-month sell-through potential - BSR/category, BSR history, FBA seller count, and seller-count history - Confirmation Amazon is not on the listing - Supplier/brand/distributor details and confirmation they have been contacted - Confirmed cost price, MOQ, stock availability, lead time, delivery estimate, and replenishment route - Product, brand, and category gating status, plus ungating plan if required - Full Amazon fee calculation, net profit per unit, ROI, net margin, break-even price, and minimum profitable price - Recommended first order quantity, cash required, expected monthly net profit, and recommended reorder point - Keepa and SellerAmp evidence - Assessment of IP complaint risk, authenticity risk, brand-authorisation risk, and returns risk - Clear risk assessment and recommended next step Revenue share and long-term opportunity: We are looking for a long-term sourcing partner. If you prove that you can consistently find stable, profitable, replenishable products, we are open to offering a share of net profit on products you source. Revenue share or performance bonuses will only be considered after proof of ability and will only apply to products, ranges, suppliers, or brand relationships that are genuinely sourced by you, approved by us, purchased by us, sold profitably, replenishable, and continue to perform over time. If we do well from the products you source, we are open to you doing well too. Payment guide: Initial paid trial: fixed fee for one fully validated, buyable, replenishable opportunity. Ongoing: base hourly or retainer may be considered after the trial. Bonus/revenue share: only after proof of ability and only on approved products that are purchased, sold profitably, and replenishable.
