Amazon FBA Specialist (End-to-End) — Product Research to Launch & Scale

I'm looking for an experienced Amazon FBA operator who can build and manage an Amazon business end-to-end. I'm not looking for someone who only does product research, PPC, listings, or supplier sourcing. I want someone who has successfully built profitable Amazon FBA brands before and can take ownership from product idea all the way through to launch, profit, and scaling. About Me I run a successful business in Australia and I'm now looking to invest in building a serious long-term Amazon FBA business. My goal isn't to launch one random product and hope it works. I want to build a portfolio of profitable Amazon brands that can grow over time through smart product selection, strong execution, and continuous reinvestment. I'm looking for someone who can become my trusted Amazon expert — someone who can guide the process, make strategic recommendations, manage execution, and help build this properly from the ground up. This is not a short-term task-based project. I'm looking for a long-term partner/operator who enjoys building businesses, finding winning products, and scaling them into sustainable brands. What You'll Be Responsible For You will ideally manage the full Amazon FBA process, including: Product research and validation Market and competitor analysis Profitability calculations and fee analysis Product differentiation strategy Supplier sourcing and vetting Sample coordination Negotiating unit costs, MOQs, and production terms Listing creation and optimisation Keyword research and SEO Image brief creation A+ Content planning FBA shipping and logistics Inventory planning and reorder strategy Launch strategy PPC campaign setup and optimisation ACoS/TACoS management Review strategy Account health monitoring Ongoing troubleshooting and growth strategy Marketplace Focus The main focus will likely be Amazon Australia, so experience with amazon.com.au is a strong advantage. However, if you have strong experience in the US, UK, or EU marketplaces and understand how to adapt strategy to Australia, I’m also open to speaking with you. Who I'm Looking For I'm looking for someone who: Has real experience launching and scaling Amazon FBA products. Understands private label and brand building. Can think strategically, not just complete tasks. Knows how to assess demand, competition, margins, and risk. Has strong PPC and listing optimisation experience. Understands sourcing, suppliers, samples, and FBA logistics. Can communicate clearly and honestly. Can work long term. Is confident enough to make recommendations, not just wait for instructions. Important I'm not looking for a beginner or someone who has only watched courses. I want someone who has done this before and can show real examples, case studies, results, screenshots, or previous experience.
