Amazon FBA Wholesale Supplier Sourcing & Supplier Readiness Specialist

I am looking for an experienced Amazon FBA Wholesale Supplier Sourcing Specialist to help my U.S.-registered company find legitimate wholesale suppliers, distributors, or direct brands suitable for Amazon FBA. This project has two parts: 1. Supplier Readiness Audit Before contacting suppliers, I need you to review whether my company is properly prepared to approach wholesale suppliers professionally. This includes reviewing my business website/landing page, business email, phone number, company information, business address, Amazon Seller Central status, outreach message, and any other elements suppliers typically evaluate when deciding whether to open a wholesale account. The goal is to identify anything that may reduce approval chances and recommend practical corrections. 2. Supplier Sourcing & Price List Acquisition After the readiness review, I need real supplier research, outreach support, wholesale account opening guidance, price list/catalog acquisition, and preliminary Amazon product viability analysis. My company already has an EIN, business email/domain, and Amazon Seller Central setup in progress. We are building supplier relationships carefully and want to start with legitimate wholesale sources that can provide formal invoices under the company legal name. Scope of work: 1. Review my supplier readiness: website, email, phone, company information, business address, outreach message, and supplier-facing credibility. 2. Recommend corrections before supplier outreach. 3. Research legitimate U.S.-based wholesale suppliers, distributors, or direct brands. 4. Identify suppliers that may accept new businesses. 5. Prioritize suppliers that can provide formal wholesale invoices. 6. Avoid liquidation, pallets, Amazon returns, retail arbitrage, and risky sources. 7. Help determine whether suppliers allow e-commerce or Amazon FBA sellers when possible. 8. Contact suppliers or prepare outreach messages/applications. 9. Obtain price lists, catalogs, or product sheets when possible. 10. Analyze supplier lists against Amazon using tools such as Keepa, SellerAmp, Analyzer.tools, ScanUnlimited, Tactical Arbitrage, or similar tools. 11. Provide a structured report with supplier details, application requirements, MOQ, brands, categories, Amazon suitability, and product opportunities. Expected first test deliverables: - Supplier readiness audit with practical corrections. - 15 legitimate U.S.-based wholesale suppliers, distributors, or direct brands. - Contact information, website, business address, categories, brands, application requirements, MOQ if available, and risk notes. - Top 5 suppliers recommended for first outreach. - Outreach messages or application notes for the top suppliers. - Documentation of supplier responses if outreach is initiated. - Price lists/catalogs if available. - Preliminary Amazon viability notes using Keepa, SellerAmp, or similar tools when product data is available. This is a short test project first. If the work is strong, it may turn into a longer-term collaboration. Please do not apply if you only provide generic supplier lists.
