Amazon Flat File Specialist
Worldwide
I need an experienced Amazon flat-file specialist to correct a specific catalog data gap on one child ASIN within an existing parent/child variation family, in order to restore review-sharing eligibility. Background: Parent ASIN: B07C9315GX / SKU PARTS-GARDEN Product Type: RECIPROCATING_HEDGE_TRIMMER 4 child ASINs under a SIZE variation theme (different accessory bundles of the same core 52cc multi-tool) 3 of the 4 children are correctly attached (Parent/Child, Parent SKU, Variation Theme, Size value, Browse Node all populated) 1 child ASIN (B07BNZQCM4) is missing all of the above in the Category Listings Report — it's essentially not registered as part of the variation family in Amazon's backend, which we believe is why Amazon has assigned it a separate review-sharing product set. Scope of work: Pull a current Category Listings Report and confirm the diagnosis above. Build a Partial Update flat file (not a full Update) for B07BNZQCM4 only, populating: Parent/Child: Child Parent SKU: PARTS-GARDEN Variation Theme: SIZE Size value (consistent with the other 3 children's labeling convention) Recommended Browse Node: Hedge Trimmers (matching the other 3) No other fields should be touched or overwritten. Upload, monitor for processing errors, and resolve any that come up. Re-pull the Category Listings Report to verify the fix landed correctly, and confirm on the live listing front-end that B07BNZQCM4 now appears as a size option under the parent. If the attach doesn't take (parent builds but child stays standalone), execute the standard delete-child → wait → re-upload/re-attach fallback. Advise on realistic timing for Amazon to recalculate review-sharing eligibility, and if it doesn't merge within a reasonable window, help draft/file a Seller Support case with the Catalog team, using the flat-file feed as evidence. Requirements: Proven experience with Amazon flat files / Category Listings Reports, specifically Partial Update workflows Experience with parent/child variation troubleshooting and review-sharing/product-set issues Comfortable working directly in Seller Central and escalating to Amazon's Catalog team when needed Please describe a similar variation/review-sharing issue you've resolved before, and roughly how long it took
