We have established in the Malaysian market for 14 years, and now we are launching our baby product range into the UK marketplace. We are seeking a UK-based Digital Marketer and Funnel Strategist for a 6-Month Proof of Concept (POC) phase. Our products are registered under the UK SCPN as cosmetics, therefore we are deploying a unique, hybrid traffic architecture to strictly adhere to cosmetic claims on Amazon while capturing high-intent functional searches on external channels (Google ads - landing page - Amazon store). This project requires setting up an off-Amazon Google Ads funnel to drive pre-warmed traffic directly to our Amazon UK store. ----- Scope of Work: Phase 1: Launch Infrastructure Setup (Month 1) 1) Listing Creation & SEO Architecture: Build 3 product listings on Amazon UK. Create compliant titles, sales copywriting using strict cosmetic terms while integrating high-volume UK search terms. 2) FBM Shipping & Logistics Configuration: Fully configure Amazon Shipping Templates for our local UK fulfillment base (Note: We are using FBM, not FBA). Ensure accurate handling times, regional delivery fees, and shipping cut-off windows. 3) Funnel Strategy & Amazon Attribution: Strategize the directional flow of traffic from Google Ads to Amazon. Integrate Amazon Attribution tracking tokens on all funnel call-to-action endpoints to track keyword-level conversions. 4) Ad Campaign Construction: Structure and launch Google Shopping and Google Search ad campaigns targeting specified problem-solving keywords. Phase 2: Ongoing Optimization & Growth (Months 2-6) 1) PPC & Funnel Optimization: Manage daily/weekly bidding, negative keywords, and conversion-rate optimization across Google ad channels. (Note: Amazon PPC will remain completely turned off for compliance reasons). 2) Amazon SEO Adjustments: Refine backend keywords to boost organic ranking while maintaining cosmetic compliance. 3) Supply Chain & Inventory Forecasting: Monitor weekly UK sales velocity closely and issue formal reorder alerts to sync with our Malaysian manufacturing lead times. 4) Performance Reporting: Deliver structured weekly updates on external sessions, Amazon conversion rates, Google Ads ROI, and Best Sellers Rank (BSR) milestones. ----- Required Experience & Qualifications: * Proven track record of managing Amazon compliance boundaries, specifically UK cosmetic regulations. * Expert knowledge of Google Search and Google Shopping ad setups for e-commerce. * Direct experience configuring complex Amazon FBM shipping templates, handling times, and regional settings. * Proficient in setting up and analyzing Amazon Attribution tracking. * Fluent in UK-specific English spelling and marketing nuances (e.g., "moisturiser"). ----- Compensation & Engagement Terms: Core Retainer: Fixed $500/Month (Covers Phase 1 setup and Months 2-6 ongoing management). Landing Page Asset Exclusion: Actual design and development of the external landing page assets are excluded from this core retainer. If you have web design/build capabilities, please provide a separate asset-creation quote in your proposal. --- How to Apply: To be considered, please submit a proposal containing: 1.
