Amazon Graphic Designer | Listings, A+, Premium A+, Storefronts
Worldwide
We're hiring an Amazon-specialist graphic designer who produces high-converting main images, infographics, lifestyle scenes, A+ content, Premium A+, and storefronts. If your portfolio shows real Amazon work that moved CTR, CVR, or revenue, we want to see it. SellerSoar is a performance-driven Amazon agency scaling 7 to 8 figure brands through listings, advertising creative, and full-funnel content. We don't ship "pretty design." We ship assets that win the click on the search results page and convert traffic on the detail page. Role Overview You will own the production layer of our creative output: main images, infographics, lifestyle images, standard A+ and Premium A+ modules, and storefront tiles. You will work with our Creative Lead, Senior Strategist, and PPC team to ship creative that is briefed with intent and finished to Amazon-grade quality. We have AI tools and SOPs already built into our workflow. If you're a strong Amazon designer with the right eye and judgment, we'll train you on our AI prompting and generation stack. What we cannot train is taste, mobile-first instinct, and Amazon-specific conversion thinking. Compensation Structure This role is project-based, not hourly: - Probation (first 30 days): 500 USD per month for 50 images delivered - Post-probation: 1,000 USD per month for 80 images delivered - Each "image" counts as one production unit: an A+ banner, listing main image, lifestyle image, infographic, A/B test variant, storefront tile, or Premium A+ module - Output expectation is consistent monthly throughput, not bursts. Plan your capacity accordingly. Key Responsibilities - Design Amazon main images, infographics, lifestyle images, standard A+, Premium A+, and storefronts - Build mobile-first creative that holds up at thumbnail size on the search results page and on the detail page - - Architect Premium A+ module flow (Comparison Table, Hotspots, Full Video, Q&A, Regimen Carousel) for conversion - Maintain Amazon image guideline compliance across all main images and category-specific rules - Iterate creative based on CTR, CVR, and split test data from our PPC and growth team - Maintain version control, asset libraries, and brand consistency across multiple client accounts Follow our internal AI workflow SOPs once trained - Self-QA every deliverable before handing it to the Creative Lead Required Qualifications - 3+ years designing specifically for Amazon, not general ecommerce - Proven Amazon work: main images, infographics, lifestyle, standard A+, storefronts - Hands-on experience with Premium A+ modules including module sequencing and mobile flow logic - Senior-level Photoshop and Figma (compositing, masking, retouching, type setting) - Mobile-first design instinct: you design for the phone first and verify on desktop - Deep grasp of Amazon image guidelines, buyer psychology, and Amazon SEO fundamentals Strong eye for visual hierarchy, type, color, and clean composition - Ability to defend why your design will convert, not just describe what it looks like - Capacity to deliver 50 images in the first 30 days and 80 images per month thereafter, at Amazon-grade quality - Portfolio showing Amazon-specific work including Premium A+ examples (mandatory) Bonus - Amazon agency experience - Manage Your Experiments (split testing) Supplements, beauty, home goods, fitness, bags, or kitchen categories - Brand Analytics and Search Query Performance familiarity - Existing AI workflow (Claude, Nano Banana, Higgsfield). Useful, not required. We'll train the right designer. Not a Fit If - Portfolio is general ecommerce or print, not Amazon - You have no Premium A+ work to show - You design desktop-first and shrink for mobile after - You produce cluttered infographics with no clear visual hierarchy - Your work feels templated and could fit any brand - You can't explain why your design will convert - You're not open to learning a structured AI workflow once onboarded - You can't commit to consistent monthly throughput on a project-basis arrangement Application Instructions (Read Carefully) To be considered, include: - Share a link to your portfolio with your best work (Figma, Behance, and others) - At least 1 Premium A+ example you were directly involved in, with a short note on module choice and flow logic - Before-and-after Amazon creative with measurable results (CTR, CVR, revenue) where possible - 3 to 5 sentences on what makes a high-converting Amazon main image - 3 to 5 sentences on how you approach mobile-first design for Amazon - Confirmation of your years of Amazon-specific experience Your strongest product categories - Confirmation that you can commit to the project-basis throughput (50 images in month 1, 80 images per month thereafter) Applications without Amazon portfolio examples will not be reviewed. We are hiring for excellence, not volume.
