Amazon KDP Publishing Manager – AI-Assisted Book Publishing

We are a growing publishing company looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Amazon KDP Publishing Manager to help manage and scale our Amazon publishing business. We already have established systems for creating, formatting, designing, and publishing books. We are looking for someone who can learn our process, take ownership of it, and eventually manage much of the publishing workflow independently. A major part of this position will involve learning how we use AI tools to research, develop, write, and improve high-quality books. We are not looking for someone who simply generates AI content and publishes it. Quality is extremely important to us. Your responsibilities will include: * Learn our AI-assisted book creation process * Research book topics and competing Amazon titles * Help develop book concepts, outlines, titles, and subtitles * Use AI tools to create and refine manuscripts according to our systems * Review manuscripts carefully for quality, repetition, accuracy, consistency, and overall reader value * Prepare and publish books through Amazon KDP * Create/optimize descriptions, keywords, categories, pricing, and other metadata * Coordinate with our book-cover designer when needed * Manage A+ Content and other Amazon book-listing assets * Monitor published books and identify listing or KDP issues * Maintain an organized publishing tracker and book library * Follow existing SOPs and help improve our publishing systems over time Who We’re Looking For You should be highly organized, comfortable learning new technology, have strong written English, and have excellent attention to detail. Previous Amazon KDP experience is strongly preferred. Experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude is also valuable, but we can teach the right person our specific workflow. You should be someone who can eventually take ownership rather than wait for instructions for every task. This is intended to become a long-term position as our publishing catalogue grows.
