Marketing Generalist VA for Community Growth

I'm looking for a detail-oriented, self-driven, marketing generalist VA to help grow an online learning and practice app for drawing. You'll handle our social media (Instagram and TikTok), post in art communities, and run outreach for backlinks and partnerships. This is a part-time, long-term role (~10-20 hrs/week). What You'll Do * Post in Reddit communities and art forums (genuine, value-first — no spamming) * Manage and schedule well-made content on TikTok, Instagram * Research and reach out to art blogs and websites for backlink and affiliate opportunities * Track outreach and results in a simple spreadsheet or Notion board * Do keyword research and share ideal niches to target to help grow organic search * Flag what's working and what isn't — we want your observations, not just execution What We're Looking For * Strong written English (you'll be writing posts and outreach emails) * Familiarity with Reddit culture — you understand that overt promotion gets you banned * Experience with social media scheduling tools * Organized and able to follow SOPs independently * Bonus: Genuine interest in art, drawing, or creative tools * Bonus: Owning an iPad and Apple Pencil will be very useful for creating content * Bonus: SEO experience a huge plus To Apply, pleas send: 1.
