Amazon KDP Publishing Specialist — Take a Finished Book Live (eBook + Paperback)

Price is a place holder… name your fair price. Overview I have a completed, professionally edited manuscript and a finished cover ready to go. I’m looking for an experienced Amazon KDP specialist to take it from final file to live, purchasable book on Amazon; both Kindle eBook and print paperback, and run the entire setup and launch checklist end to end. This is turnkey and hands-off. I do not want to touch the backend. You handle the formatting, the uploads, the metadata, the previewer, the proofing, and the publish. I hand you a finished body of work; you deliver a live listing. What’s already done (I provide this to you) • Final manuscript — fully written and edited, ~150–230 pages depending on trim, including front matter, a complete table of contents, body content, and back matter • Cover — front, spine, and back already designed • Launch package — listing/description copy, keyword set, and BISAC category recommendations ready to load Scope of work (what I’m hiring you to do) 1. Set up the KDP title for both formats (Kindle eBook + paperback) in my account (or assist in guiding) 2. Format the print interior to KDP spec — correct trim size, margins, gutter, bleed, embedded fonts, mirror margins, and front-matter pagination 3. Build and validate the Kindle eBook — reflowable, working navigable TOC/NCX, clean rendering across devices 4. Load all metadata — title/subtitle, author, description, keywords, categories, age/territory settings 5. Handle ISBN and copyright-page details — assign/register ISBNs (I can provide, or advise me) 6. Upload, run the KDP Previewer, and clear every error or flag before it becomes a rejection 7. Order/approve a print proof if needed and confirm quality 8. Set pricing, royalty, and distribution options per my direction, then publish 9. Confirm both formats are live and linked on the same Amazon product page Access & security You’ll work directly in my Amazon / KDP account using credentials I provide (or set the account up on my behalf). I rotate the password immediately once the work is complete. I’m happy to sign a mutual NDA before any access is shared.
