About Us We are an e-commerce agency specializing in helping brands grow on Amazon through strategic consulting, marketplace optimization, PPC management, and data-driven decision making. We're looking for an analytical Market Research & Growth Analyst to support our market research and business development efforts. About the Role This is a research and analysis role focused on Amazon. You'll analyze brands, products, competitors, keywords, and marketplaces to identify growth opportunities and present your findings in a clear, actionable format. This is not a general administrative or data-entry position. Responsibilities - Conduct Amazon keyword research. - Perform competitor and marketplace analysis. - Analyze product listings, positioning, and branding. - Identify keyword opportunities and competitive gaps. - Research customer search behavior and market trends. - Review Amazon advertising visibility and sponsored placements. - Organize findings into reports and spreadsheets. - Support ongoing research and strategic projects. Tools You'll Use Helium 10 Data Dive or Data Rova Amazon Seller Central Google Drive, Sheets, and Docs AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, and Gemini Requirements Strong understanding of the Amazon marketplace. Excellent Amazon keyword research skills. Experience using tools such as Helium 10, Data Dive, Data Rova, or similar. Ability to analyze competitors and identify meaningful insights. Understanding of Amazon PPC, SEO, and ranking factors. Experience working inside an Amazon agency or managing Amazon Seller accounts. Strong analytical and critical thinking skills. Excellent attention to detail. Excellent written and spoken English. Exposure to the Meta Ad Library or similar ad intelligence tools is a plus. We will provide training on our internal processes and SOPs, but we expect you to already have a strong foundation in Amazon research and analysis. We are looking for someone who can contribute from day one, we will not be teaching the basics of Amazon.
