Amazon Operations Manager — Project Manager, Sourcing, & Seller Central (Long-Term, Growth Role)

About the role I run a growing Amazon FBA private label brand focused on novelty and gift products. I'm looking for a Project Manager to be my right hand — someone who keeps every moving piece of the business on track day to day, follows up with freelancers and suppliers, and makes sure nothing slips through the cracks. Project management is the core of this job. The role is also a catch-all person that: 1. Has experience sourcing Amazon products - especially custom ones. Has a wide array of knowledge of manufacturing processes, materials, and lots of creativity to solve problems 2. Has a good eye. Can move along designs with their own editing and also working with our designer 3. Can help fix small Amazon Seller Central issues . Prior experience is a big plus but not required. 4. Core responsibility: project management Keep every active project moving — sourcing, listings, design, ads — without things stalling out Follow up proactively with freelancers, suppliers, and agents so deadlines actually get hit Maintain organized task tracking (Trello preffered) so I always know where things stand Bring structure and process to a fast-moving small business What we're looking for We care more about attitude and drive than a perfect resume. The ideal person is smart, works without being told, goes the extra mile, asks the right questions, and is genuinely invested in helping build something. Real project management experience — you know how to organize chaos and keep people accountable Self-starter who takes ownership — if you see a problem, you fix it or raise it Willing to learn the rest of the business and ask the right questions when something is unclear Comfortable working across time zones — some availability during US Eastern hours and some overlap with China business hours to keep supplier communication moving Strong English communication is non-negotiable. You'll be writing supplier emails, coordinating freelancers, and communicating directly with me daily. Your written English needs to be clear, professional, and natural — not just functional Fluent with modern AI tools and actively uses them to work smarter and faster. You should have an active paid AI subscription that includes image generation (ChatGPT Plus, Midjourney, or similar) and be comfortable with Canva or equivalent design tools Background that helps (not required) Experience managing or coordinating freelancers/contractors Some Amazon Seller Central exposure, especially FBA Any sourcing experience via Chinese platforms or factories Any design or branding background How to apply ⚠️ Please do not send a generic proposal.
