Amazon PPC Ads Specialist Needed – Campaign Refinement, Keyword Expansion

We are looking for an experienced Amazon Ads specialist to help refine and expand an established Amazon advertising account. About Us We have been selling on Amazon since 2012. I have personally managed Amazon advertising and account growth for many years. We also worked with a dedicated PPC manager from 2021 through early 2026. Since taking back control of the account this year, I have significantly improved performance by simplifying campaign structure, focusing spend on hero ASINs, improving placement strategy, and using Top of Search bid adjustments strategically. As a result, conversion rates have increased and ACOS has decreased substantially. What We Need We are NOT looking for someone to come in and completely restructure the account. We are NOT looking for immediate bid changes, aggressive automation, campaign duplication, broad strategy shifts, or blanket recommendations such as changing bidding strategies from Down Only to Up & Down. Instead, we need an expert who can: Analyze recent search term and keyword data Refine keyword catalogs and campaign structure Identify winning search terms that deserve promotion Remove redundancy, overlap, and keyword clutter Build logical keyword expansion plans Improve campaign organization and segmentation Create clean testing frameworks for new keywords Identify missed opportunities without disrupting existing performance Audit match type strategy and keyword placement Recommend negative keyword improvements where appropriate Our Philosophy We do not believe in making large changes to campaigns that are already performing. We do not throw new ASINs into successful campaigns. We do not dramatically alter bids simply to force more spend. We collect data, identify opportunities, and slowly introduce new keywords and targets in a controlled manner. The goal is sustainable growth through disciplined optimization—not constant restructuring. Ideal Candidate 5+ years managing Amazon PPC Extensive experience with Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display Strong understanding of keyword harvesting and search term analysis Experience scaling established accounts without disrupting performance Able to explain recommendations using data rather than PPC buzzwords Comfortable working within an existing strategy instead of replacing it When Applying Please provide: A brief overview of your Amazon PPC experience. Examples of accounts where you improved performance through refinement rather than complete restructuring. Your approach to keyword expansion while protecting campaign stability. Any experience working with mature Amazon accounts that already have significant historical data. We are looking for a long-term relationship with the right person, but the initial project will focus on keyword refinement, campaign cleanup, and disciplined keyword expansion.
