Amazon PPC Expert (Trellis Software) — Job Post Company: Bruun Beauty | Premium K-Beauty Skincare Location: Remote Type: Contract / Part-time → Full-time potential The Role We're looking for an Amazon PPC Expert with hands-on mastery of Trellis to own our Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display campaigns across all marketplaces. You'll be responsible for scaling profitable ASINs, killing wasted spend, and feeding our launch pipeline with new campaigns that hit ACoS/TACoS targets fast. This is not a "set rules and walk away" role. We have a defined PPC philosophy (scale winners through budget, not bid inflation; $2.00 CPC ceiling; statistically grounded threshold logic) and we need someone who can execute it inside Trellis with precision. What You'll Do Build, launch, and optimize Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands (video + product collection), and Sponsored Display campaigns across US/EU/UK marketplaces Operate Trellis daily — configure dynamic pricing rules, automated bidding, and campaign automation in alignment with our internal logic and guardrails Run weekly bid/budget adjustment cycles using statistical significance (not gut feel) to decide what scales, what holds, and what gets cut Manage keyword harvesting from auto and broad campaigns into exact-match structures Build and maintain negative keyword libraries to protect TACoS Produce a weekly dashboard covering spend, ACoS, TACoS, CTR, CVR, organic rank shifts, and SOV by ASIN and marketplace Coordinate launch campaigns for new SKUs with our brand and creative team Flag listing issues, conversion drops, or competitive threats surfaced through ad data Required Experience 3+ years managing Amazon PPC at scale (minimum $30K+/month ad spend across accounts) Demonstrable Trellis experience — you've used the platform daily, not just watched a demo. Bonus if you've used Trellis Dynamic Pricing alongside ads Deep fluency with Sponsored Products, Brands, and Display campaign structures Comfortable with Excel/Sheets for campaign analysis (pivot tables, basic statistical thinking) Experience scaling beauty, skincare, or premium consumer brands on Amazon Multi-marketplace experience (US + at least one EU marketplace) Nice to Have Experience with Helium 10, Data Dive, or similar keyword research tools Background launching products in competitive Amazon categories Familiarity with Amazon DSP Spanish or Portuguese language skills (not required but useful) How We Work Async-first, with one weekly sync Clear KPIs: TACoS targets per category, CPC ceilings, ROAS thresholds You'll have direct access to the founder and full visibility into business numbers Trial period: 2-week paid trial before a longer engagement Compensation Hourly or monthly retainer based on experience and scope Performance bonus tied to TACoS reduction and revenue growth Specific range discussed in interview based on hours and marketplaces covered To Apply Send: A short Loom (under 5 min) walking through one Trellis account you've managed — what you optimized, what changed, and what the result was Your CV or LinkedIn One sentence answering: "What's your rule for when to raise a bid versus raise a budget?"
