Project Background We launched a new Amazon product and have invested significantly in advertising and inventory. • Amazon PPC Spend: $2,127.83 • Product Manufacturing & Shipping to Amazon FBA: Approximately $1,000 • Selling Price: $19.50 • Total Cost per Unit: Approximately $15.00 • Units Sold: 113 Despite this investment, the product has not performed as expected. We need an expert to identify the root causes and provide a clear strategy to improve profitability and sales. Scope of Work The selected expert should thoroughly evaluate: • Amazon PPC campaigns (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display) • Campaign structure • Keyword research and targeting • Search term reports • ACoS, TACoS, ROAS, CTR, CPC, and Conversion Rate • Bid strategy and placement adjustments • Budget allocation • Negative keyword optimization • Listing SEO • Product title • Bullet points • Product description • Backend search terms • Images and infographics • A+ Content • Pricing strategy • Competitor analysis • Organic keyword ranking • Product indexing • Category and keyword opportunities Deliverables We expect: • A complete audit report • Identification of mistakes and missed opportunities • Clear explanation of why the PPC campaign failed to generate profitable sales • Prioritized recommendations • A revised PPC strategy • Keyword recommendations • Campaign restructuring plan • Listing optimization recommendations • Growth strategy to increase organic rankings while reducing advertising costs Required Experience • Proven experience managing Amazon PPC campaigns with profitable results • Experience launching new Amazon private-label products • Strong knowledge of Amazon SEO and listing optimization • Ability to analyze advertising reports and explain findings with data • Experience improving ACoS and increasing organic rankings Please Include When applying, please provide: • Examples of Amazon accounts you’ve successfully optimized • Before-and-after PPC performance metrics • Your approach to diagnosing underperforming campaigns • Estimated timeline • Fixed price or hourly rate We are looking for someone who can identify the real issues—not someone who simply manages campaigns.
