Amazon PPC Manager Performance

We're hiring an Amazon PPC Manager Performance at JoySpring! We're looking for a data-driven, detail-oriented, and fast-executing professional who can fully own our day-to-day Amazon listing performance and PPC execution to turn high-level strategies into profitable growth. Some of the biggest priorities for this role include: - Owning the optimization cadence by executing updates to the image stack, A+ content, titles, and bullets to maintain a CVR that is at least 20% higher than the category average. - Overseeing and maintaining Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display campaigns to deliver highly efficient paid media performance with a strict TACOS. - Executing a disciplined testing roadmap to launch, document, and iterate on listing tests using our internal CRO checklist. - Driving early launch traction by executing established launch SOPs and maintaining an "always-on" review generation strategy. - Harvesting winning keywords via Search Term Reports and SQRs. - Maintaining a clean, compliant catalog by monitoring the buy box, pricing parity, and ensuring zero suppressed ASINs. The ideal background includes: - Proven expertise in Amazon PPC strategy, including daily budget management and scaling campaign structures efficiently. - Strong Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) methodology for Amazon listings, with a track record of driving strong conversion performance. - Deep knowledge of keyword hygiene, Search Query Performance reports (SQRs), and ranking support. - A highly analytical mindset with a strong bias for fast execution, process, and extreme ownership. - Direct and clear communication skills to provide reliable weekly reporting (Spend, Sales, TACOS, CVR) and proactively escalate blockers within 24 hours. This role will act as a key player in cross-functional execution, partnering closely with our in-house Creative team for listing assets, the Marketplace Account Health Specialist, and implementing the Amazon components of our DTC and TikTok campaigns.
