BioPharma Scientific - Amazon PPC & Marketplace Growth Manager Contract / Freelance | Remote | U.S. Amazon Marketplace --- ABOUT BIOPHARMA SCIENTIFIC BioPharma Scientific is a premium supplement brand founded in 2004 and based in Vista, California. We produce science-based superfood powders and nutritional supplements including our flagship NanoGreens line alongside NanoPro, NanoOmega, NanoLean, NanoGluco, and a growing gummies category. Products are third-party tested, made from clean ingredients, and manufactured domestically. We are restarting and scaling our Amazon U.S. presence and need a hands-on PPC specialist who can own the channel from day one. --- THE ROLE You will take full ownership of our Amazon advertising account — auditing what exists, rebuilding campaign architecture from scratch where needed, and scaling spend profitably as performance stabilizes. This is a results-driven contract engagement with strong upside for the right operator. --- WHAT YOU WILL OWN Account Audit and Restart - Conduct a full audit of existing Sponsored Products, Brands, and Display campaigns - Identify and pause underperforming ad groups, fix keyword cannibalization, and clean up campaign structure - Benchmark current ACoS, TACoS, CVR, and impression share by ASIN before rebuilding Campaign Build and Architecture - Build segmented campaign structures (broad/phrase/exact, auto/manual, branded vs. non-branded) - Develop a keyword strategy using Helium 10, DataDive, or equivalent tooling - Launch Sponsored Brand and Sponsored Display campaigns to drive awareness and retargeting - Set up ASIN-level negative keyword lists and placement bid adjustments Optimization and Scaling - Own weekly bid management — adjust bids based on ACoS targets, dayparting data, and rank goals - Run search term report analysis weekly and harvest converting terms into exact match - Test new targeting types (product targeting, category targeting, video ads) and document results - Scale ad spend on winning ASINs while maintaining profitability guardrails Reporting and Communication - Deliver a weekly performance snapshot covering spend, revenue, ACoS, TACoS, and key movers - Provide a monthly strategic review with trend analysis, test results, and a 30-day forward plan - Flag listing issues (suppressed ASINs, Buy Box loss, review velocity drops) proactively --- PERFORMANCE EXPECTATIONS ACoS (Blended): under 20% TACoS: under 12% CVR on main SKUs: 15% or higher Reporting cadence: weekly snapshot plus monthly strategic review --- REQUIREMENTS - 3+ years managing Amazon Seller Central or Vendor Central PPC accounts - Proven track record in the health, wellness, or supplement category preferred - Fluency with Helium 10, DataDive, or comparable keyword and ASIN research tooling - Deep working knowledge of Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display - Experience scaling from $5K to $50K+ monthly ad spend profitably - Ability to provide case studies or account results from prior engagements (redacted is fine) - Strong communicator — weekly async updates, responsive within 24 hours --- NICE TO HAVE - Experience relaunching a dormant or underperforming Amazon account - Familiarity with DSP for retargeting - Amazon listing optimization experience (titles, bullets, A+ Content) - Knowledge of supplement compliance and Amazon restricted claims policies - Experience working with a Subscribe and Save eligible product line --- ENGAGEMENT DETAILS Type: Contract / Freelance with potential to expand scope Location: Remote Commitment: Part-time to start, hours scale with ad spend Compensation: Open to flat retainer, performance-based, or hybrid.
