Amazon Reporting Automation Specialist | SQP, Sellerboard, Excel/Sheets Macros

I'm looking for someone to help automate my weekly and monthly Amazon reporting workflow. Right now, one of my biggest bottlenecks is manually downloading, formatting, cleaning, and comparing reports from Amazon Seller Central, SQP, Sellerboard, and related tools. I want to build a repeatable reporting system that makes it easier to analyze WoW, MoM, and YoY performance without manually rebuilding spreadsheets every week. This role is focused on automation, spreadsheet structure, data formatting, and reporting workflow setup. WHAT I NEED HELP WITH Amazon SQP Reporting I manually download weekly and monthly Search Query Performance reports. I need help creating a process to reformat these reports so I can easily analyze: • Spend • Market CVR • Brand CVR • Brand purchase rate • Market CTR • Brand CTR • Search volume • Purchase share • Keyword-level changes WoW, MoM, and YoY The goal is to automatically compare changes over time and create graphs that clearly show trends. Sellerboard Reporting I also manually download Sellerboard reports and need help creating a workflow to compare: • Sales • Profit • Contribution margin • Ad spend • SKU-level performance • Parent ASIN-level performance • WoW, MoM, and YoY changes The goal is to reduce manual formatting and create a cleaner weekly/monthly reporting process. IDEAL CANDIDATE You should have experience with one or more of the following: • Excel macros • Google Sheets automation • Power Query • Looker Studio • Airtable • Zapier / Make • Amazon Seller Central reports • Amazon SQP reports • Sellerboard exports • Dashboard creation • Data cleaning and reformatting • Automated charts and performance reports Experience with Amazon data is strongly preferred, but the most important skill is being able to take messy recurring CSV/exported reports and turn them into a clean, repeatable reporting system. WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE At the end of this project, I want a workflow where I can: • Download reports from Amazon/Sellerboard • Drop them into a folder or spreadsheet • Have the data automatically cleaned and reformatted • Compare WoW, MoM, and YoY performance • Generate charts showing performance changes over time • Identify which SKUs, ASINs, and keywords drove changes • Use the output for weekly and monthly business reviews PREFERRED DELIVERABLES • A reusable Excel or Google Sheets reporting template • Macros, Power Query, Apps Script, or other automation as needed • Clear instructions for how to use and update the system • Charts for WoW, MoM, and YoY analysis • Clean formatting that can be reused weekly and monthly Dream Scenario • Integrate with AI to ask business questions based on data TO APPLY Please include: • Examples of reporting automation projects you've built • Whether you prefer Excel, Google Sheets, Power Query, Looker Studio, or another tool • Experience working with Amazon Seller Central, SQP, or Sellerboard exports • A brief explanation of how you would approach this project • Your total project rate, estimate is fine. • Your estimated timeline for an initial working version Reposting job as previous ad asked for hourly rate instead of project rate.
