Market Researcher and Software Team Lead for our agency

NO AGENCY I'm running a growing tech company and I'm personally looking for two solid freelancers to join me long term. One role is for a Software Development Market Researcher at $50/hr. I need someone with actual software development experience who can dig into the external market ( competitors, trends, pricing, opportunities ) and give me clear, honest reports that I can actually use. The second role is for a Senior Software Developer and Internal Team Lead at $60/hr. You'll be leading my small internal dev team, writing clean code, making architecture decisions, and helping us ship internal tools properly. Important Application Requirement: You must send a 3-minute Loom video introducing yourself, explaining why you're a good fit for the role, and briefly sharing your relevant experience. Proposals without this video will be automatically ignored. Both positions are ongoing and I prefer people who can commit consistently with good availability.
