WeasyPrint Specialist - fix PDF report layout & pagination

We have a data-driven PDF report built in Python + WeasyPrint. The back-end is done and accurate; we're stuck on the visual, layout and pagination side and need a specialist to get it across the line. We need a specialist with strong WeasyPrint and HTML/CSS templating experience to come in, identify the design and formatting issues, and help us get the product across the line. This is purely a visual and templating problem - no data or back-end work required. The ideal candidate can look at an existing WeasyPrint pipeline, diagnose layout and pagination issues, and implement clean, consistent templating that renders correctly across variable-length data sections
