Amazon Seller Funds Recovery Expert – $12k Withheld Balance

Summary

We are seeking an experienced Amazon Seller Attorney, Paralegal, Funds Recovery Specialist, or Arbitration Expert to help recover approximately USD 12,000 in withheld Amazon seller funds. Important: We are NOT seeking account reinstatement. We are NOT looking for a generic Amazon POA writer. This matter is strictly about withheld seller funds, itemized accounting, legal notice, and potential dispute resolution / AAA arbitration. Project Background: Our Amazon Canada / US seller account was permanently deactivated under Amazon’s Section 3 language, including allegations related to deceptive, fraudulent, or illegal activity. We dispute Amazon’s characterization and have documentary evidence showing that: - The business is a legitimate manufacturing operation based in Turkey. - The withheld funds relate to actual sales and business activity. - The supply chain is supported by government-verifiable invoices and matching bank payment receipts. - The identity verification issue appears to have arisen from document interpretation, legal entity naming differences, and live video verification handling. The Core Issues: 1. There was a legal entity / business name interpretation issue between Turkish sole proprietorship documents and the information shown in Seller Central. 2. During live video verification, a registered employee attended instead of the business owner. This may have contributed to an identity verification concern. 3. We submitted raw material and manufacturing-related invoices, such as sheet metal, UV printing, bending, slitting, and processing services, rather than finished product invoices. This may have caused confusion in Amazon’s supply chain verification review. 4. Amazon later refused to release the remaining seller balance, using broad language related to unverifiable supply chain information or allegedly problematic documentation. What We Need: We need a professional who can review the case, organize the evidence, and prepare a strong funds recovery strategy focused on: - Release of remaining seller funds - Itemized accounting of any deductions or reserves - Identification of the specific contractual / policy basis for withholding funds - Clarification of any allegedly unverifiable documents - Legal notice / Notice of Dispute if appropriate - AAA arbitration strategy if Amazon refuses to release the funds or provide a proper accounting What We Have Available: - Amazon case history and prior responses - Account summary - Seller Central correspondence - Video verification follow-up email - Official Turkish tax certificate - Official employment records showing the employee who attended the video call was legally employed - Government-verifiable e-invoices / supplier invoices - Bank transfer receipts matching invoice amounts - Manufacturing and supply chain explanation - Approximate withheld balance: USD 12,000 - The business owner is willing to participate in a new identity verification call if required Scope of Work – Milestone Based: Milestone 1: Case Review + Notice of Dispute / Funds Release Demand - Review all Amazon case files and documents - Identify the strongest legal and procedural arguments - Prepare a chronology / case timeline - Prepare a document index and exhibit list - Organize invoices, bank transfers, tax documents, and employment documents into a clear evidence package - Draft a formal funds release demand / Notice of Dispute - Draft an itemized accounting request - Identify the correct Amazon legal notice recipient(s), registered agent if applicable, and dispute-resolution procedure under the applicable Amazon Business Solutions Agreement - Advise whether the case is strong enough to proceed to formal dispute resolution Milestone 2: Escalation / Legal Demand / Arbitration Preparation Only if necessary and quoted separately: - Prepare escalation after Amazon’s response - Prepare legal demand letter - Prepare AAA arbitration strategy - Advise on filing costs, arbitrator fees, adverse cost risk, and realistic recovery probability - Assist with filing an AAA arbitration demand if appropriate Freelancer Requirements: You should apply only if you have experience with one or more of the following: - Amazon seller withheld funds - Amazon disbursement appeals - Amazon Section 3 deactivation cases - Amazon Business Solutions Agreement disputes - Notice of Dispute against Amazon - AAA arbitration involving Amazon or marketplace sellers - Legal demand letters for withheld seller funds - Supply chain verification disputes - Identity verification / legal entity verification disputes - Funds recovery after account deactivation Please DO NOT apply if: - You only write generic Amazon POA / reinstatement appeals - You focus only on account reinstatement - You guarantee success - You recommend opening a new Amazon account - You cannot explain the difference between account reinstatement and funds recovery - You cannot provide a milestone-based quote - You are not willing to review documents before making claims about success probability When applying, please answer these questions at the top of your proposal: 1. Have you handled Amazon seller withheld funds / disbursement appeal cases after account deactivation? 2. Have you worked on cases involving Amazon Section 3 language, such as deceptive, fraudulent, illegal activity, or unverifiable documentation? 3. Have you ever prepared a Notice of Dispute or legal demand related to Amazon withheld funds? 4. Do you have experience with AAA arbitration or Amazon BSA dispute resolution? 5. Are you a licensed attorney? If yes, in which jurisdiction? If not, what legal work would need to be handled by an attorney? 6. Can you prepare a document index, case chronology, and evidence package matching invoices with bank payment receipts? 7. Can you provide anonymized examples of similar Amazon funds recovery or arbitration-related work? 8. What is your fixed price for Milestone 1 only? 9. What would NOT be included in your Milestone 1 fee? 10. What are the realistic risks and costs if this proceeds to AAA arbitration? Expected Deliverables for Milestone 1: - Written case assessment - Case timeline - Document index - Evidence package structure - Funds release demand - Itemized accounting request - Notice of Dispute draft if appropriate - Recommended next steps - Estimate of whether AAA arbitration is economically reasonable for a USD 12,000 withheld balance Confidentiality: We will provide documents after initial screening. Sensitive personal information, tax IDs, national IDs, and bank details may be redacted during the first review stage. Full documents will be shared only with a qualified and selected professional. Please start your proposal with the phrase: “FUNDS RECOVERY – NOT REINSTATEMENT” Applications that do not include this phrase and do not answer the screening questions will be ignored.
