Summary

We're MamaWillow, a fast-growing sustainable laundry and dishwasher sheet brand (launched 2025) operating in Italy and Germany. We sell on Amazon and our own DTC shop. We're a remote, KPI-driven team of 11 building the market leader in eco-friendly detergent sheets — and we're looking for an Amazon Specialist to own the channel end-to-end. --- ABOUT THE ROLE You will manage MamaWillow's entire Amazon presence — listings, account health, inventory coordination, and paid advertising (PPC). This is a hands-on, autonomous role with direct revenue impact. You'll work closely with our creative, supply chain, and marketing teams. --- RESPONSIBILITIES Amazon Operations - Manage and optimize product listings on Amazon IT and DE (titles, bullets, A+ content, backend keywords, images) - Monitor account health and resolve compliance or policy issues via Seller Central - Coordinate inventory planning with logistics team to prevent stockouts or excess stock - Manage customer reviews, monitor ratings, and escalate critical feedback - Track and report on key metrics: conversion rate, sessions, Buy Box %, returns, and revenue Amazon Advertising (PPC) - Build, manage, and optimize Sponsored Product, Sponsored Brand, and Sponsored Display campaigns - Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis - Manage ad budget and maintain target ACoS/TACoS in line with profitability goals - Run A/B tests on ad copy, creatives, and bid strategies - Report weekly on ad performance with clear, actionable insights Strategy & Growth - Identify ranking opportunities (organic and paid) for laundry and dishwasher sheets - Analyze competitor landscape (Mother's Earth, Earth Breeze, Tru Earth, Natulim, Wave) - Propose and execute promotions: Lightning Deals, Coupons, Prime Day campaigns - Suggest adjustments and adapt designs in support of our designers and AI workflows - Support new product and market expansion launches on Amazon --- REQUIREMENTS Must-Have: - 2+ years hands-on Amazon Seller Central experience (EU marketplaces preferred) - Proven track record managing Amazon PPC with measurable ACoS/ROAS results - Strong analytical skills — comfortable with Excel or Google Sheets reporting - Fluent in English (Italian or German is a strong plus) - Self-directed and reliable in a remote, async-first team - Willingness to work with AI, (AI Knowledge is a plus) Nice-to-Have: - Experience in FMCG, household, or eco-consumer goods - Familiarity with Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or DataDive - Experience with Amazon Vine, Brand Registry, and Brand Analytics --- WHO THRIVES HERE We are growth-obsessed and data-driven.
