Amazon Store Setup Specialist for Apparel Brand (Corporate + University Focus) About UnitedThreads UnitedThreads is a fast-growing apparel brand manufacturing premium hoodies, crewnecks, t-shirts, and trucker hats for university bookstores, tourist shops, and corporate buyers. We are launching on Amazon for two main reasons: Corporate buyers who only purchase apparel through Amazon Business Direct-to-student sales for universities where we hold a license but are not selling through the bookstore Because of this, we need a clean, compliant Amazon Seller Central setup that supports Amazon Business, FBM, variation listings, and A+ content to establish credibility quickly. This is a one-time setup project with potential for ongoing optimization. What I Need Seller Central Setup Create or configure Amazon Seller Central Complete account settings, tax setup, returns, and business information Enable Amazon Business purchasing Set up FBM fulfillment (FBA optional later) Corporate Use Case (High Priority) Ability to create private listings or unlisted ASINs for corporate customers Proper variation listings (sizes, colors) for bulk corporate orders Ensure Cisco and other enterprise buyers can purchase directly University Use Case Setup optimized listings for licensed apparel (hoodies, tees, trucker hats) Parent/child listings for multiple sizes and colorways Basic storefront structure for students/alumni Product Listings Create optimized listings for initial apparel SKUs (approx. 4–8) Build parent/child variations Write SEO-rich titles, bullet points, descriptions Add backend keywords Upload all product photos and brand assets A+ Content + Storefront Create and upload A+ content (I can provide assets or you can help design) Build a simple, clean Amazon Storefront for UnitedThreads Organize products into apparel collections Brand Registry & Compliance Assist with Brand Registry (we have trademark OR can use IP Accelerator) Handle GTIN/UPC exemptions if needed Ensure listings pass compliance for apparel categories Technical Setup Shipping templates for FBM Inventory settings and variation management Ability to scale listings as more universities are added Ensure everything is compliant and stable long-term Deliverables By project completion, I expect: Fully set up Seller Central (including Amazon Business) All listings created and optimized (with variations) A+ content uploaded Amazon Storefront published Brand Registry completed/initiated Private listing capability for corporate orders Shipping templates configured (FBM-ready) SEO optimization complete (titles, bullets, backend terms) All compliance checks passed A short Loom/video walkthrough explaining account structure Requirements 3+ years Amazon Seller Central experience Experience with apparel listings and variations Understanding of Amazon Business and private listings Experience with FBM setup Knowledge of Brand Registry, GTIN exemptions, A+ content Strong Amazon SEO skills Excellent communication Bonus: A+ design experience Apparel brand experience Ability to support with PPC later Budget Prefer fixed price: $300–$600 total project Open to hourly if justified, but fixed price preferred.
