Title: Need U.S. Litigator for Amazon TRO Group Defense: Complete Dismissal of Case via Procedural Violations ($5,000 Flat Fee) - Case 2:26-cv-00899 Description: 1. LITIGATION OBJECTIVE (OUR MAIN PURPOSE): The sole, absolute, and non-negotiable objective of our group of small Amazon seller defendants is to completely dismiss and terminate this case against us. We are NOT open to any settlement negotiations, and we will NOT pay any monetary settlement to the Plaintiff. We are seeking an aggressive federal litigator who will weaponize the Plaintiff's procedural violations to force a complete dismissal/termination of the claims against our group. 2. CASE DETAILS: Case Name: ATELIER EUMORI v. THE PARTNERSHIPS AND UNINCORPORATED ASSOCIATIONS IDENTIFIED ON SCHEDULE A Case Number: 2:26-cv-00899 Court: U.S. District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania Judge: Mark R. Hornak Nature of Suit: Copyright Infringement (17:101) 3. CORE STRATEGY & LEVERAGE (BASED ON COURT ORDER ECF NO. 29): The Court Order Leverage: On June 29, 2026, Judge Mark R. Hornak issued an Order (ECF No. 29) directing the Plaintiff to file a Status Report providing at least a factual basis as to whether and what amount of any of the monies frozen in Defendant's account(s) are specifically related to the alleged infringing conduct. The July 29 Deadline: The 30-day deadline for Plaintiff's Status Report / Show Cause on this material issue is July 29. Procedural Targets for Total Dismissal: We want to weaponize this Court Order and the July 29 deadline by filing a Joint Motion to Dismiss / Motion to Quash Service based on two strict procedural grounds to achieve a complete dismissal: Misjoinder: The Plaintiff has illegally aggregated dozens of unrelated, independent foreign sellers into a single Schedule A lawsuit to evade filing fees, violating FRCP Rule 20. Improper Service of Process: The Plaintiff failed to effect proper service under the Hague Convention, relying merely on unapproved email links. 4. SCOPE OF WORK (DELIVERABLES): Fast-track review of our group's account data and store details. Draft and file a robust, high-quality Joint Motion to Dismiss / Motion to Quash Service targeting misjoinder and improper service, leveraged by the strict evidentiary requirements placed on Plaintiff by ECF No. 29. All filings and actions must be finalized and submitted to the court BEFORE the July 29 deadline to force a case dismissal. (Alternative) Use the leverage of ECF No. 29 and the threat of our pending motion to pressure the Plaintiff’s counsel into executing a Voluntary Dismissal with Prejudice for our group at $0 settlement cost, successfully achieving our goal of terminating the case. 5. COMPENSATION & BUDGET: $5,000 USD Fixed Flat Fee (All-Inclusive). This budget is strictly capped and must cover all legal labor, drafting, consulting, and court filing fees associated with this defense phase. No hourly billing or hidden retainers. 6. REQUIREMENTS: Must be an active, licensed U.S. attorney admitted to practice in federal courts (Western District of Pennsylvania experience or a solid track record with Schedule A TRO defense is heavily preferred). Must have immediate availability to draft and file motions within the next 3–5 days. TO APPLY: Please briefly reply with: Your state bar admission and active Bar Number. Your specific strategy for winning a Misjoinder/Improper Service argument under Judge Hornak to achieve a complete dismissal of the case. Confirmation that you accept the $5,000 flat fee for this complete scope.
