Amazon USA Specialist – Account Setup, Sourcing & Ungating Setup

Job Title: Amazon US Specialist – Wholesale (3PL), OA, 2-Step Dropshipping & Complete Account Ungating Setup Job Type: Fixed-Price / One-Time Project Location: Remote ​Project Overview ​We are looking for an experienced Amazon USA Seller Central Expert to complete a one-time setup project for a new merchant-fulfilled (FBM) account. We operate strictly through a hybrid business model focused on Wholesale (fulfilled using 3PL services), Online Arbitrage (OA), and 2-Step Dropshipping. ​This is a fixed-price, standard deliverables project to get our new seller account fully setup, ungated, and supplied with an initial batch of profitable, compliant product leads. ​(Note: We do NOT use Amazon FBA). ​Project Scope & Key Deliverables ​Brand & Category Ungating Setup (Complete Setup): ​Identify gated categories and restricted top brands on the new account. ​Execute complete ungating approvals using valid wholesale distributor invoices (minimum 10-unit buy method) for target categories (Beauty, Grocery, Health & Household, Toys, etc.) and core brands. ​Leverage auto-ungate opportunities for fresh accounts where possible. ​Product Hunting & Sourcing Leads (With Direct Links): ​Wholesale (via 3PL): Sourcing profitable wholesale products from authorized distributors, including setting up the logistics workflow between suppliers and our US 3PL prep center. ​Online Arbitrage (OA): Identifying high-ROI, low-competition retail products along with direct purchase/sourcing links. ​2-Step Dropshipping Setup: Setting up a compliant 2-step workflow to ensure all supplier branding, packaging, and original invoices are stripped and repackaged before shipping to end customers, maintaining our business as the sole Seller of Record. ​Margin Breakdown: Delivering accurate profit calculations factoring in product cost, Amazon referral fees, shipping, and 3PL prep fees. ​Account Settings & Compliance Setup: ​Configuring Seller Central settings (Return settings, Shipping Templates, and Handling Time) tailored for FBM and 3PL operations. ​Ensuring full adherence to Amazon’s Drop Shipping Policy and Code of Conduct to prevent Section 3 suspensions or account holds. ​Requirements & Qualifications: ​Proven track record in Amazon USA Merchant Fulfillment (FBM), Wholesale logistics (using 3PL services), Online Arbitrage, and 2-Step Dropshipping. ​Demonstrated ability to obtain brand/category approvals on fresh accounts using valid commercial invoices. ​Proficiency with industry tools such as Keepa, Tactical Arbitrage, SellerAmp SAS, Helium 10, or Price List Analyzers.
