Amazon Vendor Central to Seller Central – FBM Setup & ASIN Transfer

We are an established company with an existing Amazon Vendor Central catalog and are looking for an experienced Amazon Vendor Central / Seller Central specialist to transfer and properly set up our existing ASINs in Seller Central for FBM (Fulfilled by Merchant) sales. Most products already have established Amazon ASINs. We do NOT want duplicate ASINs/product pages unnecessarily created. This is a FIXED-PRICE PROJECT ONLY. No hourly pricing. Scope of Work Vendor Central → Seller Central Review our existing Vendor Central ASINs/SKUs Add/match existing ASINs to Seller Central Establish appropriate Seller Central SKUs Set up products for FBM Use Amazon bulk upload tools/files wherever practical Resolve setup/listing errors Identify any ASINs that cannot be activated and explain why Product Content Upload/update available product images Upload available videos where Amazon permits Verify existing titles, bullets, descriptions and product information Identify/correct missing, inactive or suppressed listings related to the setup Pricing & Inventory Set up pricing provided by us Establish FBM inventory quantities Ensure inventory decreases correctly as products sell Ensure SKUs stop accepting orders when available inventory reaches zero Configure available low-stock/out-of-stock alerts or reporting Show us how to replenish inventory by individual SKU and bulk upload Recommend an inventory safety buffer to help prevent overselling/cancellations Show us how to temporarily deactivate/reactivate SKUs FBM Handling / Processing Time Processing time is very important to us. The freelancer must recommend and configure an appropriate handling time that: Gives us sufficient time to process orders Helps prevent late shipments and cancellations Establishes appropriate order cutoff settings Provides realistic customer delivery estimates based on handling time + carrier transit time The recommended setup must be approved by us before implementation. Customer-Paid Shipping We do NOT want free shipping automatically applied to all products. The freelancer must: Establish appropriate FBM shipping templates Configure customer-paid shipping charges Set appropriate transit times Assign SKUs to the correct shipping templates Test shipping charges and delivery estimates before activation Amazon Buy Shipping & Order Processing We intend to purchase FBM shipping through Amazon Buy Shipping whenever available. The freelancer must: Configure Amazon Buy Shipping Verify ship-from information Configure/verify package weights and dimensions where required Set up the workflow for purchasing and printing Amazon shipping labels Ensure tracking is properly transmitted to Amazon Show us how to retrieve/print packing slips and shipping labels Test the complete workflow Our desired process is: Order Received → Notification → Print Packing Slip → Purchase/Print Amazon Shipping Label → Pack → Ship → Tracking Confirmed Email & Order Notifications We want available Seller Central notifications properly configured so we are promptly aware of: New FBM orders Orders requiring shipment Important shipping/order issues Low-stock or out-of-stock conditions where Amazon provides such notifications The freelancer must explain which notifications Amazon provides automatically, and which require Seller Central monitoring. Inventory Replenishment When a product approach zero or sells out: We need to easily identify the SKU Amazon should stop accepting orders once available quantity reaches zero If additional warehouse inventory is available, we need to quickly allocate additional quantity to that SKU Freelancer must demonstrate individual and bulk inventory replenishment Returns & Return-Cost Management Certain products have lower selling prices where return shipping may not be economically justified. We need the freelancer to review Amazon's current FBM return rules and recommend the most cost-effective Amazon-compliant return structure. Our preference, where Amazon permits, is: Designated SKUs as Final Sale / Non-Returnable A 7-day return period on designated SKUs where permitted Standard Amazon return policies where required Evaluate Return less Refund / Return less Resolution for lower-value products where return freight is not economically justified Identify products/categories eligible for legitimate return exemptions Recommend the most economical compliant structure Do NOT implement anything that violates Amazon policy or puts our account health at risk. Return recommendations must be approved by us before implementation. Account & Listing Review Review: Suppressed/inactive listings Incomplete offers Relevant category restrictions Inventory/pricing errors Shipping-template assignments Handling-time settings Return settings Order notification settings Featured Offer/Buy Box eligibility where applicable PPC/advertising management is NOT part of this project. Test Before Full Activation We may initially ask the selected freelancer to complete a small group of ASINs. We will verify the complete setup before authorizing the balance of the catalog. This includes: ASIN/SKU matching Images/video Pricing Inventory Handling time Shipping charges Delivery estimates Amazon Buy Shipping Packing slips/labels Notifications Return settings Training & Final Deliverables Before completion, the freelancer must demonstrate how to: Process a new FBM order Print packing slips Purchase/print Amazon shipping labels Verify tracking Monitor ship-by dates Monitor inventory Identify low/out-of-stock SKUs Replenish individual and multiple SKUs Deactivate/reactivate SKUs Process cancellations Process returns/refunds A brief written SOP and/or screen-recorded training video must be provided.
