Title: Amazon Seller Central Specialist — Brand & Category Approval (Gourmet Food/Grocery) Job Category: Amazon Consulting / E-commerce Operations Description: We're Sapori Select LLC, an established Amazon seller currently approved to sell bag-in-box olive oil for an Italian supplier (Frantoio Uliveti Umbri). We're expanding to add 1–2 new suppliers/products to our catalog and need an experienced Amazon Seller Central specialist to help us get set up correctly and avoid any account-health issues. What we need help with: Determine whether our new supplier(s)/product(s) fall under a gated brand and/or a restricted category (grocery, gourmet food, imported goods, etc.) Prepare and submit brand/category approval ("ungating") applications, including compiling and formatting the required invoices/documentation from our suppliers Advise on the right paperwork to get from each new supplier (letters of authorization, invoices that meet Amazon's requirements) so applications aren't rejected Flag anything about our existing distributor relationship or new supplier agreements that could create Amazon account-health risk (e.g., IP complaints, authenticity disputes) — legal review of contract terms is out of scope, but we want your operational read on the risk Optional: light ongoing support as we onboard each new product listing (categorization, compliance flags, etc.) Ideal candidate: Proven track record getting sellers approved to sell gated brands/categories on Amazon, ideally in grocery, gourmet food, or imported goods Deep familiarity with Amazon Seller Central policies around brand gating, Brand Registry, and reseller authorization (we've done initial research and understand Brand Registry itself is owned by the brand/trademark holder — we need help with the practical approval process on our end) Clear communicator who can explain what documentation we need to collect and why Available to start soon; this is a fairly contained scope (1–2 products) but may lead to ongoing work as we add more suppliers Budget: Hourly — please propose your rate. Estimated scope is a handful of hours per product/supplier, but happy to discuss if more is needed. To apply, please include: A brief description of a similar brand/category approval project you've completed (what category, what the outcome was) Your hourly rate Your estimated timeline to get one product approved, assuming we provide supplier invoices promptly
