Ambassador Program Manager

We are a beauty eCommerce brand looking for a seasoned Ambassador Program Manager to execute our monthly ambassador campaigns end-to-end. This month’s goal is to onboard 40 quality ambassadors. Responsibilities: * Search through Klaviyo customer exports, Shopify repeat customers, brand inbox messages, comments, community pages, and other relevant sources to find strong ambassador candidates * [FUTURE CAMPAIGNS: Post in relevant community pages such as Facebook groups, Reddit communities, and other beauty/nail-related spaces to find like-minded customers who connect with our brand and product. Find potential creators, beauty/nail lovers, students, micro-creators who match our brand] * Manage outreach, follow-ups, applications, onboarding * Use GoAffPro to manage gifting, tracking, analytics, referral links, ambassador activity, and campaign performance * Ensure ambassador content is delivered and posted on time * Review drafts, provide feedback, and request revisions when needed * Keep all sheets and tracking systems updated accurately * Provide clear weekly updates on progress, issues, and results Requirements: * Strong written and spoken English.
