Analyse landing page of my website to be used with meta ads(leads conversion)

Hello! I run an academy which targets parents in middle east who have children studying British curriculum. We used to run ads on meta and get leads on WhatsApp, but now we are changing our strategy. Along with that: we are making our website a perfect selling landing page, where a parent not only feel comfortable, they are able to trust heavily and most importantly click on WhatsApp button on our landing page. Why website? So we setup pixel setup and track all cold audiences as well for future. Issues currently: website is fully done, content has been written considering parents on mind. Social proofs we had, we attached. Parents DO NOT share their videos at all! So it is not possible to ask reviews from them anymore. Whatever results we had, we attached. Task: analyse my website, see all pages: write strategy what is missing, what can be added, what needs ti be removed: Purpose:get leads! We have our own development team; we need strategies, overview and analysis! If we feel at any point: use of AI(claude, GPT) to do analysis, we will straight cancel the contract. We already did, it was fruitless.
