Summary

Hello, This is a short term gig to could extend into a longer term gig. Following bad experiences with developers on this platform I prefer to offer this small project and create a larger project for the appropriate developer later. Overview, I have an existing app in Google Play store that has passed testing phase and can be deployed to live. The first part of the project involves - taking existing app and making sure it passes googles API level requirements as currently the App is targeting an old version of Android - Uploading the App into Live/Prod of Google Play Store for me - concert the App so that I can make it available on Apple Store. The successful candidate will then get a larger project later to improve the UI of the app and add some additional features. DO NOT SEND ME GENERIC PROPOSALS Tell me why I should hire you and your estimate to complete each of the 3 phases listed above
