Animated Diagram of Model Home

Looking for a short, stylized, animated diagram of a weather-tight shell home. Full sequence and reference animation to be provided. This is architectural visualization with a technical / explainer bent—closer to exploded-view product animation than to lifestyle "hero shot" rendering. The right vendor is a mid-to-senior solo generalist or a small studio who owns the full pipeline: model → light → animate → render → deliver. Must be able to: - Model accurately from construction drawings (read plans, sections, and details) - Animate camera moves, component reveals / layer-separations, and a clean seamless loop - Light, texture, and render with realism but restraint - Deliver a looping MP4 plus a transparent-background (alpha) version Good-fit profiles: an archviz freelancer or studio with motion-graphics chops, or a 3D product / explainer animator who is fluent reading architectural drawings.
