The 4 videos: You Are Not Alone — lead with empathy, normalize the homeowner's situation, create hope Welcome to Homeowner Relief — introduce the company, establish local credibility Options & Solutions — show the range of paths available to homeowners Process & Next Steps — make the process feel simple, transparent, low-risk What we're providing you: Scripts/voiceover direction Brand guidelines (navy, gold, pale blue color system) What we need from you: Build out each video following the provided scene layouts precisely — this is a "paint by numbers" production job, not a from-scratch creative concept Maintain one consistent AI avatar, voice, wardrobe, and background across all 5 videos — no resizing/mirroring the presenter between scenes Source or shoot B-roll matching the specified compositions (or work with stock footage where appropriate) Incorporate real footage (provided or to be filmed) for Video 5 Deliver polished, caption-ready final cuts Ideal skills: Experience with AI avatar/video platforms Strong video editing (Premiere, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, etc.) Comfortable following a detailed creative brief/style guide precisely Bonus: experience with finance/real estate/legal explainer content Deliverables: 4 final videos, following the provided scene-by-scene manual Closed captions included Source project files + final exports (horizontal + vertical/social versions)
