3D Animated Horse Race Sequences for Entertainment App

Project Overview We require a 3D animator or game designer to create a package of realistic or high-quality stylized 3D horse racing video sequences. These videos will be bundled into an offline Windows application used for entertainment events. Because these are used for betting entertainment, we need multiple unique race outcomes where different horses win. Core Deliverables Total Videos: 32 unique race sequences. Video Length: Approximately 2 to 3 minutes per race. Video Sequence: 'Call to the Post' to sound then camera view of each horse + horse name and number, then race starts, 1st, 2nd, 3rd displayed at the end. Format: Standard .mp4 or .mkv files, 1080p resolution, 30fps or 60fps. Audio: Realistic horse racing sound effects (galloping, crowd cheering, starting gates opening, commentary).  Commentary: I will supply names of horses in which you will use AI to create a race call for each race that syncs with the actual races. Or is it easier if I supply the 32 racing scripts first, then you make the videos to sync with the script? Animation & Visual Requirements 1. The Environment & Style A realistic or highly polished semi-realistic 3D horse racing track (turf, dirt, water puddles, jumps races). A crowded grandstand background (can be low-poly or blurred to save rendering time). Weather variations are a plus (e.g., sunny, overcast, rainy, evening under stadium lights) to make the races feel distinct. 2. The Competitors Every race must feature exactly 8 horses, each numbered 1 through 8. Jockeys must wear distinctly coloured silks (shirts and caps) corresponding to their horse numbers so the audience can easily track them from a distance. 3. Camera Work & Drama The animation must mimic a real TV sports broadcast. Use dynamic camera angles: wide panning shots of the pack, close-ups of the front-runners, and a clear, side-on view of the final straight away. The races must look competitive and dramatic. Horses should trade leads throughout the race, with a thrilling battle at the finish line. To save budget, you can reuse the exact same 3D track environment and horse models for some races. Let's have say, 8 different race tracks. You will only need to alter the animation paths of the horses so that different numbers cross the finish line first, and swap the weather/lighting textures to make the races look different. Technical Constraints & Assets If you use pre-existing 3D models (from TurboSquid, Unreal Engine marketplace, etc.), you must ensure you have the commercial redistribution rights to bundle the rendered video outputs in our commercial software. You must deliver the finalized, fully rendered video files.
