Animated Video Clips for Podcast / Vox and Johnny Harris Style / Reels

I’m looking for a video editor/animator to create intellectual, high-retention Instagram reels in a Vox / Johnny Harris style. I have an audio podcast, so I can provide the raw audio, full scripts/transcripts, and selected ideas or fragments from each episode. The reels would be around 1:30 minutes or longer, depending on the idea. My Instagram audience is around 500K followers, and my posts already perform well and often go viral. Now I want to bring that same level of reach and engagement to reels by turning podcast ideas into visually strong, animated videos. The goal is to create reels that explain concepts, stories, case studies, and perspective-shifting ideas in a thoughtful and visually engaging way. Each video should also include a clear CTA to listen to the full podcast episode. I’m looking for someone who can help with pacing, storytelling, animation, editing, and visual structure not only cutting clips, but helping turn the audio into a strong short-form video. I’m looking for someone who already has experience with the Vox / Johnny Harris style. My brand has a more analog aesthetic, with handwritten lettering, collages, paper textures, and a softer visual identity, so I’d like to combine that with the clarity and energy of Vox / Johnny Harris. Spanish would be a plus since the podcast is in Spanish and it would help with selecting and structuring the script, but I’m also completely okay working in English.
