Animated explainer for mexicano type of play on Padel Tenis

We need a freelance 2D animator to produce a short animated explainer video (~110–120 seconds) teaching new players how the "Mexicano" padel format works, for our platform mypadeleague.com. This is an onboarding video that will be sent to first-time players. What's included: A full creative brief is attached (Mexicano-Animation-Brief.docx) with the complete scene-by-scene shot list, full voiceover script, visual style guide, and technical specs. It covers 8 scenes: intro, pairing rules, serving order, scoring, a tiebreak exception, and a key scene showing a standings table update and re-pairing that needs to stay visually consistent across two scenes. Deliverables: Final video: MP4, H.264, 1920×1080, 16:9 Style frames for approval before full animation begins A rough animatic for timing feedback Final cut with revisions as needed Skills required: 2D/vector animation, motion graphics, ability to work from a written shot list and match a described visual style (flat cartoon, bold outlines, court-green + gold palette). How we like to work: We're flexible on execution as long as the teaching points land — happy to discuss creative choices. We'd like a quick check-in after style frames and after the animatic before full production starts. Voiceover: we can supply a script-matched recording or you can source one, to be discussed.
