AI Animation Agency – 2D Kids Animation Production

About the Project We are looking for an experienced AI animation agency to produce high-quality 2D animated videos for a children's YouTube channel. The ideal partner should be capable of delivering consistent character animation, appealing storytelling, and reliable weekly output. Production Goal Produce up to 10 minutes of finished animation per week Preschool audience (2–7 years) Bright, colorful, engaging 2D animation Strong character consistency across all shots Smooth storytelling and expressive animation Production Pipeline The selected agency will be required to follow the workflow below: Step 1 – Test Assignment A production test will be shared with shortlisted agencies. We will provide: Song lyrics Character turnaround/model sheets Background style references Animation style references Step 2 – Storyboard Based on the provided materials, the agency should: Develop a complete storyboard Create storyboard panels covering the entire song Include camera angles, character actions, and scene transitions Submit the storyboard for review No animation should begin until the storyboard has been approved. Step 3 – Animation Production Once the storyboard is approved, the agency will: Produce the complete animated video Maintain character design consistency throughout Match the provided visual style Deliver polished animation with clean compositions and appealing expressions Test Details Duration: Approximately 2-minute children's song The purpose of the test is to evaluate: Storytelling ability Visual creativity Character consistency Animation quality Overall production workflow Requirements The agency should demonstrate: Experience with AI-assisted animation pipelines Strong storyboard and visual storytelling skills Ability to maintain character consistency across multiple shots High-quality lip sync and expressive character animation Clean background integration Consistent art direction Reliable communication and adherence to deadlines Deliverables For the production test: Storyboard panels Revised storyboard (if feedback is provided) Final 2-minute animated video For ongoing production: Final rendered videos Editable project files (if required) Source assets created during production (if agreed) Expected Weekly Capacity The selected agency should be capable of delivering approximately 10 minutes of completed animation every week while maintaining the approved quality standards.
