Requirements: Strong experience with narrative animated content EXPERIENCE IN STAGING AND BLOCKING! Solid cinematic sense: pacing, shot selection, continuity, emotion Understanding of animation principles Experience with AI video / AI animation workflows Adobe Premiere Pro skills Huge Plus: Experience in traditional animation (2D or 3D) Filmmaking experience beyond AI tools Film/animation education We are not looking for people who only know how to press buttons in AI tools. We want people who understand movement, rhythm, acting, staging, and storytelling. Workflow Our pipeline is: Create stills for every shot (storyboard-style) example: https://docs.google.com/document/d/1fNTHAJrOF21xLAwnhpam225hMRgu1MzXAzLhUotK0N0/edit?tab=t.0 Generate video from those stills using AI tools. Example: https://f.io/rX_j5XoK Edit and refine into final sequences Payment $70 per finished minute (stills creation) $70 per finished minute (video generation from stills) Total: $140 per finished minute of film If you can do both stills + video generation, that’s a huge advantage. Acounts for AI tools will be provided. Expected workload: ~20+ minutes/month Monthly range: $1400 – $2000 Apply with relevant story-driven examples only (films, episodes, scenes).
