We are an early-stage B2B2C startup blending athletic movement, spatial computing, and adaptive AI. We build interactive, headset-free athletic arenas that turn physical movement into live gaming content. We need a high-energy, 60-second 3D conceptual video to showcase our venue concept. The Project: We need a polished, 60-second video trailer that simulates two things: 1. The Venue Walkthrough: A flythrough of a branded, 4,000 sq ft entertainment/experience center showing the overall layout. 2. The Gameplay Simulation: A deep dive into one of our standard modular units (measuring 20' x 20' x 15'). This segment needs to show a digital athlete interacting with projection-mapped walls and a reactive LED floor (e.g., dodging an incoming virtual football or hitting a target). Because we are an agile startup on a budget, we are specifically looking for a designer who leverages real-time rendering engines like Twinmotion or D5 Render to achieve high-quality results rapidly without the massive overhead of traditional VFX studios. What We Provide: Our Executive Summary pitch deck with branding, color palettes, and concept details. Dimension specifications (20' x 20' x 15' for the modular units). A basic 2D floor plan layout / geometric block-out of the 4,000 sq ft space. Key Deliverables: One final 60-second cinematic 3D trailer (1080p or 4K, 30/60fps). Include dynamic camera pans, realistic lighting, and basic ambient background crowd/athlete assets (using native Twinmotion/D5 libraries is perfectly fine). Source files upon project completion. Required Skills: Proven experience with Twinmotion, D5 Render, or Unreal Engine. Background in architectural visualization, retail/entertainment venue design, or concept art rendering. Ability to overlay minor "tech/glowing" visual effects (to simulate our projection mapping and LED floors). Great eye for pacing, cinematic camera movement, and high-energy storytelling. Timeline: Budget: 2 weeks from kickoff (including 3–5 rounds of feedback). How to Apply: Please submit your proposal with a link to your portfolio. Crucial: Please specifically highlight any past architectural walkthroughs, retail/commercial center renders, or fast-paced conceptual trailers you have done.
