3D Animation for Website

We're looking for an experienced 3D Motion Designer to create high-end website animations for our Web3 platform. The visual quality should be on the same level as Infrared Finance—clean, modern, premium, and performance-optimized for the web. This is not a simple After Effects project. We need someone who understands 3D design, motion, lighting, composition, and web optimization. What You'll Create Examples include: Floating 3D objects Token and coin animations Glassmorphism elements Financial data visualizations Abstract blockchain-inspired scenes Camera movements Smooth transitions between sections Interactive hero animations Ambient particle systems Premium lighting and reflections Animations should feel elegant—not flashy.
